A&E Organics Pest Control was founded in 2016 by Anthony Lazzaro and Eric Hitchcock, both career firefighters with a shared vision of creating a pest control solution that was not only effective, but also safe for families and pets. The idea stemmed from their desire to treat their own yards and homes while still feeling confident letting their children and dogs play freely.

In 2023, Eric stepped away from the company for personal reasons, though he and Anthony remain close friends. Today, Anthony runs the company alongside his wife, Erika, a registered RN, who has been instrumental in its continued growth and success.
